Youth Panther Performance Training
Youth Panther Performance Training is coming to the REC Center with Coach Mac, certified Strength & Conditioning and USA Weightlifting Coach. He will lead elementary (8-10 yrs) and middle school (11-13 yrs) athletes to improve strength, endurance, speed, power, and flexibility. Coach Mac will teach them proper techniques to develop good movement patterns at an early age to help with injury prevention and aid in preparation to be the best athlete they can be for their chosen sport(s)!
